Responsibilities Include:

As a Territory Business Representative, you’ll drive new business in your assigned territory through cold calling, lead development, and relationship-building. You’ll work closely with decision-makers to craft tailored solutions, contribute to marketing plans, and use CRM tools and sales data to meet volume and revenue goals.

Relationships and Roles:

This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to build trust with both customers and internal teams. You’ll be expected to maintain professional relationships that reflect A&I’s values and foster a team-oriented, service-driven work environment.

 

Desired Experience

  • Documented B2B outside sales experience
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and delivering on sales goals and objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working for both privately held and publicly held organizations

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel – approximately 25 – 50%
  • Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to grasp complex business concepts and express clearly
  • Flexible with shifting priorities and compressed deadlines
