Responsibilities Include:

As a member of the Equipment Services Team, you’ll play a key role in both the sales and service of lubrication equipment, vehicle lifts, shop air systems, and automotive flush systems. You’ll assist customers by recommending equipment solutions that meet their needs, then carry out installation, service, and repair with precision and safety. Daily responsibilities include operating power tools and service equipment, managing inventory from multiple vendors, and completing projects on time while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Relationships and Roles:

This role blends hands-on technical work with direct customer engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with team members and clients to recommend solutions, solve problems, and ensure a smooth sales-to-service experience. Building trust, communicating clearly, and maintaining professionalism in both internal and customer-facing interactions will be essential to your success.

 

Desired Experience

  • 1-2 years of warehouse or construction
  • Experience with a company in a related field
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and delivering on goals and objectives
  • High school degree or GED

Required Specifications

  • Clean Driving record
  • Willingness to travel and work with a team of professionals for sales, installation, or repairs
  • Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to grasp complex business concepts and express clearly
  • Flexible with shifting priorities and compressed deadlines
