Responsibilities Include:
As a Territory Business Representative, you’ll drive new business in your assigned territory through cold calling, lead development, and relationship-building. You’ll work closely with decision-makers to craft tailored solutions, contribute to marketing plans, and use CRM tools and sales data to meet volume and revenue goals.
Relationships and Roles:
This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to build trust with both customers and internal teams. You’ll be expected to maintain professional relationships that reflect A&I’s values and foster a team-oriented, service-driven work environment.
Desired Experience
Documented B2B outside sales experience
Experience developing, maintaining, and delivering on sales goals and objectives
Bachelor’s degree
Experience working for both privately held and publicly held organizations
Required Skills
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Willingness to travel – approximately 25 – 50%
Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to grasp complex business concepts and express clearly
Flexible with shifting priorities and compressed deadlines
