A&I Distributors is a family- and employee-owned oil distributor with over 100 years of history (since 1924). We partner with some of the largest oil companies in the world and have built our reputation on unmatched service and reliability. We sell lubricants, filters, chemicals, and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF).
We are growing and North Central Washington is a key focus.
This isn’t an order-taking position.
You will prospect and cold call in person at construction yards, fleet shops, and municipalities to develop and close new business opportunities. You’ll build long-term customer partnerships, deliver professional, tailored sales presentations, and use CRM tools to manage performance. You will also forecast and grow your territory while traveling throughout North Central Washington, with approximately 75% travel required.
You’ll be on the road building relationships and growing market share, and your income is performance-driven. The more you build, the more you earn.
You’ll succeed in this role if you have B2B outside sales experience and a track record of achieving measurable sales goals. You should be comfortable walking into a shop unannounced, understanding customer needs and market dynamics, and communicating clearly and confidently. This role is also a strong fit if you are self-motivated, competitive, and prefer autonomy with strong team support.

Valid driver’s license
Must be based in or willing to relocate to North Central Washington
