As a Territory Business Representative, you’ll drive new business in your assigned territory through cold calling, lead development, and relationship-building. You’ll work closely with decision-makers to craft tailored solutions, contribute to marketing plans, and use CRM tools and sales data to meet volume and revenue goals.
This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to build trust with both customers and internal teams. You’ll be expected to maintain professional relationships that reflect A&I’s values and foster a team-oriented, service-driven work environment.
